运行命令 ifconfig ，看到网卡的状态是 status:no carrier

运行命令 ifconfig ，看到网卡的状态是 status:no carrier   前期安装过程中没有问题   可是重启以后出现这样的情况。系统没有报错。
通过 ifconfig igb0 up也无法启动网卡。

网线没通，网卡状态就是status:no carrier
