求助，管理页面和SSH均无法登陆

使用Panabit_1305r1_fb8x.iso一键安装并配置完成后，可以ping通但通过https打不开管理页面，ssh也无法登陆，求高手指点，谢谢！附件是报文截图

补充一下，硬件：CPU: Croe2Duo E6400 2.13GHz，内存：2G，共9个网卡，其中4个光口；使用CF卡、硬盘等方式安装都是相同的问题，手动执行/usr/panabit/bin/ipectrl start提示有：
